How much is delivery?
When will my pies arrive*?
We aim to deliver pies to you within 4 - 5 working days. To guarantee freshness and a speedy delivery, orders can only be delivered from Tuesday – Friday. We are unable to deliver on weekends, Mondays, Bank Holidays, or the day following a Bank Holiday.
DPD will notify you on the day before your pies are due to arrive. Please make sure someone is in to collect the parcel. If you are not available to receive your package in person, please make sure that our courier can leave the box in a secure and safe place or leave your box with your favourite neighbour. Please bear in mind our pies are chilled and need to be put in the fridge as soon as possible.

When will my Meal Kit arrive?
Meal Kits are sent out once a week – place your order before Sunday at midnight for delivery on the following Thursday.
If you order a box of pies plus a meal kit, they will both be sent out for delivery on Thursday (this is to reduce the amount of packaging needed to send out the pies).
When will my merch arrive?
Our merch and gifts will normally be delivered to you within 4 working days via first class post. If this should change for any reason, we’ll be in touch.
Where can you deliver?
We deliver across mainland UK, with some exceptions for parts of Scotland. If you’re planning a delivery in Scotland, please get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org. Sorry, we can’t deliver to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland at the moment. Your postcode will be checked at checkout.
I need pies to be delivered for a special occasion – how do I do that?
Call our Sales Team on: 0117 950 4567 or email: email@example.com with your order number and request that we change the delivery date for you. Note: we can only deliver Tuesday – Friday.
Why can’t I choose my delivery day?
At the moment, you are unable to choose a specific delivery day for pies and meal kits (this is something we’re working on so watch this space!). However, if you need them to arrive by a certain date give us a bell and we’ll see what we can do. If the order hasn’t been prepared, we can amend the delivery date for you. Call us on: 0117 950 4567 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your order number.
Why can’t I order just one pie?
For environmental reasons this just wouldn’t work! Each order needs a sufficient amount of ice packs and insulation to keep the product cool during transit. A lot of packaging would be needed to keep 1 pie cool, so we have decided as a company not to send out individual pies from our factory. If you are just after 1 pie, you can find our pies in Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Waitrose, Ocado and other independent shops. Find out more about our sustainability goals.
Why can’t I mix and match classic and gluten free pies in the same box?
Our gluten free range has been certified as gluten free by Coeliac UK. They are made in a specific gluten free area of the kitchen to ensure there is no cross contamination. For this reason, we cannot send gluten free and classic pies out in the same box.
Why are Meal Kits sent out once a week?
All our Meal Kits are made to order, to ensure they create zero food waste. We collect orders Monday – Sunday and make all the components on Tuesday morning to guarantee freshness for your meal kits which arrive with you on Thursday. Find out more about our waste targets.
Can I freeze my pies?
Our classic pies can be frozen for up to six months, so stock that freezer up! We don’t recommend freezing our gluten free pies as it compromises the quality of the pastry.
What shelf life will the pies have when I receive them?
The pies should have up to 7 days shelf life on them when they arrive with you.
How do I recycle your packaging?
Check out our recycling page for all the information on which waste stream our packaging goes into.
Who are TeeMill?
We’ve partnered with Teemill for some of our merch items (such as t-shirts & bags), so you'll be taken to their site when you check out. Please be aware that the Teemill Terms & Conditions will be different for the Teemill items. Unfortunately, our online shop vouchers can’t be redeemed against Teemill products.
Returns & Cancellations
What’s your returns policy?
As all our products are fresh, you are not entitled to the regular rights of consumers to return goods within 14 days after receiving them. There is an exemption pursuant to regulation 27(1)(c) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Deactivation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, that confirms that contracts for the supply of goods are exempt from the right to withdrawal if those goods are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. This does not affect your right to cancel your subscription.
If you are unhappy with your box for one of the following reasons:
- Missing products
- Damaged box
- Box did not arrive
Then we will offer an appropriate refund as long as it can be shown that the box you were charged for was not supplied as it should have been. Please take photos where necessary and send an email to: email@example.com for us to sort this out.
Can I cancel my order?
We work quickly to pick and pack your items. Unfortunately, this means your order cannot be amended or cancelled once in preparation.
If you are unsure, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have purchased a subscription, you can cancel your subscription by signing in to your account. Please note that any changes to an upcoming order needs to be made before 8am, 2 days before your delivery day.
