Cauliflower, sweet potato, spinach & chickpea curry pie
The Vegan Masala pie is a warming and wholesome recipe of giant chickpeas, spinach, sweet potato and cauliflower cooked in a delicately balanced spice blend and encased in our vegan pastry. This award-winning pie was crowned Best Vegan Pie at the prestigious British Pie Awards 2025!
Note: These pies have previously been frozen and we are shipping them to you via an ambient mode of transport (packed with ice packs to remain chilled) and are packed in a brown cardboard box of four.
They should arrive with you frozen. Assuming they do, they can be treated as such and go straight into your freezer.

Remove all packaging
From fresh
Oven: Preheat oven, place pie on baking tray. Cook for 25 minutes at 180˚C, Fan 160˚C, 350˚F or Gas 4
Air Fry: Cook for 15 minutes at 170°C
From frozen
Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator and then follow instructions ‘From fresh’
Wheat flour (wheat, calcium, niacin, iron, thiamine), water, onion, identity preserved palm oil*, chickpea (6%), cauliflower (6%), sweet potato (5%), spinach (5%), rapeseed oil, red lentil, madras paste (1.5%) (water, salt, rapeseed oil, yeast extract (yeast extract, salt), cumin, coriander, turmeric, cayenne chilli, cardamom, white wine vinegar, ginger, garlic, tomato, paprika, nutmeg, cinnamon, fenugreek, clove), tomato puree, modified corn starch, garlic, yellow split pea, coriander, swede, lime juice (lime juice from concentrate, preservative (potassium metabisulphite)), salt, leek, green pepper, black onion seed, coriander seed, wheat protein, fenugreek.

Our gluten free range has been certified as gluten free by Coeliac UK. They are made in a specific gluten free area of the kitchen to ensure there is no cross contamination. For this reason, we cannot send gluten free and classic pies out in the same box.
We offer free delivery on food orders of £40 & over. Otherwise, delivery is £6.
We aim to deliver pies to you within 4 - 5 working days. To guarantee freshness and a speedy delivery, orders can only be delivered from Tuesday – Friday.
Due to courier restrictions, we’re unable to deliver on weekends, Mondays, Bank Holidays, or the day following a Bank Holiday. This delivery information doesn't apply to Meal Kits, to find out more visit our Delivery & Returns page.
We deliver across mainland UK, with some exceptions for parts of Scotland. If you’re planning a delivery in Scotland, please get in touch with hello@pieminister.co.uk. Sorry, we can’t deliver to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland at the moment.
