Gluten Free Big Cheese is a gloriously gooey combination of vintage Cheddar, potato, leek, Emmental and a splash of cider for good measure, wrapped in our gluten free pastry. This one’s for the true cheese lovers, oozing with rich, melty goodness in every bite.
Note: These pies have previously been frozen and we are shipping them to you via an ambient mode of transport (packed with ice packs to remain chilled) and are packed in a brown cardboard box of four.
They should arrive with you frozen. Assuming they do, they can be treated as such and go straight into your freezer.

Remove all packaging
From fresh
Oven: Preheat oven, place pie on baking tray. Cook for 25 minutes at 180˚C, Fan 160˚C, 350˚F or Gas 4
Air Fry: Cook for 15 minutes at 170°C
From frozen
Defrost fully in a refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking and keep below 5°C and then follow instructions ‘From fresh’
Whole milk, vintage cheddar cheese (milk) (11%), rice flour, cream (milk), leek (6%), butter (milk), potato (5%), Emmental cheese (milk) (3%), identity preserved palm oil*, cider (sulphites) (3%), maize starch, tapioca starch, maize flour, soya flour, onion, modified corn starch, celeriac, celery, apple, salt, potato starch, rapeseed oil, thickener (cellulose), swede, Dijon mustard (water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt), cauliflower, cheese stock (cheese (milk), salt, yeast extract), green pepper, garlic, raising agents (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), herbs, poppy seed, cornflour, buckwheat flour, white pepper, black pepper, nutmeg.

Our gluten free range has been certified as gluten free by Coeliac UK. They are made in a specific gluten free area of the kitchen to ensure there is no cross contamination. For this reason, we cannot send gluten free and classic pies out in the same box.
We offer free delivery on food orders of £40 & over. Otherwise, delivery is £6.
We aim to deliver pies to you within 4 - 5 working days. To guarantee freshness and a speedy delivery, orders can only be delivered from Tuesday – Friday.
Due to courier restrictions, we’re unable to deliver on weekends, Mondays, Bank Holidays, or the day following a Bank Holiday. This delivery information doesn't apply to Meal Kits, to find out more visit our Delivery & Returns page.
We deliver across mainland UK, with some exceptions for parts of Scotland. If you’re planning a delivery in Scotland, please get in touch with hello@pieminister.co.uk. Sorry, we can’t deliver to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland at the moment.

Your pies will have a shelf life of up to 7 days and will need to be put in the fridge as soon as you take delivery of them.
