Spinach, feta cheese, lemon & dill filo pie
This is our take on spanakopita – spinach and feta cheese wrapped up in a golden filo pastry parcel. Named after the Greek word for leaf, filo is light & crispy. This Mediterranean-inspired filo pie is packed with flavour... without being heavy on the pastry.
Note: These pies have previously been frozen and we are shipping them to you via an ambient mode of transport (packed with ice packs to remain chilled) and are packed in a brown cardboard box of four.
They should arrive with you frozen. Assuming they do, they can be treated as such and go straight into your freezer.

Oven: Cook for 25 minutes at 180°C/160°C fan/ gas mark 4.
Air fryer: Cook for 15 minutes at 180°C
From frozen
Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator and then follow instructions ‘From fresh’
Spinach (18%), wheat flour (wheat, calcium, niacin, iron, thiamine), feta cheese (milk) (9%), kale, eggs, Greek soft white cheese (milk), cream (milk), water, milk, vegetable oil (sunflower and rapeseed oil in varying amounts), olive pomace oil, vintage cheddar cheese (milk), lemon (0.8%), modified corn starch, Emmental cheese (milk), identity preserved palm oil*, salt, butter (milk), dill (0.1%), Dijon mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt), black pepper, cheese (milk), garlic, white pepper, chive, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), bay, nutmeg, yeast extract.

Free delivery on food orders of £45 & over. Otherwise, delivery is £7.
We aim to deliver to you within 4 - 5 working days. To guarantee freshness and a speedy delivery, orders can only be delivered from Tuesday – Friday. To find out more visit our Delivery & Returns page.
Due to courier restrictions, we’re unable to deliver on weekends, Mondays, Bank Holidays, or the day following a Bank Holiday.
Our classic and gluten free pies and our quiches can be frozen for up to 6 months, so stock that freezer up! Some of our seasonal pies get dispatched frozen and cannot be re-frozen upon delivery, unless still frozen upon reception.
They will have a shelf life of up to 7 days and you will need to put them in the fridge as soon as you take delivery of them.
We deliver across mainland UK, with some exceptions for parts of Scotland. If you’re planning a delivery in Scotland, please get in touch with hello@pieminister.co.uk. Sorry, we can’t deliver to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland at the moment.
All our pie and quiche boxes can be recycled in your card recycling bin, as well as the outer box. Ice packs can be re-used and the thermal box liners can go in your paper waste stream. The plastic bags can be recycled in your local supermarket along with flexible plastics.
